Digital store items are fulfilled automatically in-game upon successful payment.

Refunds may be issued at staff discretion for failed fulfillment or duplicate charges. Contact us via Discord within 7 days of purchase.

Chargebacks without contacting staff first may result in permanent bans from the server and portal.
